GLDS did a great job with transitioning us to their cloud-based platform. Better still, I recently ran a Customer Summary report. While it used to take more than an hour on our old system, it only took four minutes to complete on the new, hosted solution.

The GLDS trainer not only knew the billing system but she also knew cable which was a wonderful plus in trying to teach us what and why we would do what we do. She had superior knowledge which she was able to impart in a manner that was not condescending. She asked questions and took time to understand the way we do things. I really enjoyed this training. She was the best trainer I have ever had on a cable billing system
